We’ve worked with some fantastic gyms and personal trainers around the world to create some of the best fitness challenges they can think of. Challenges are a mix of cardio, weights, body weight, plyometric and circuits. If you have questions or need a challenge to be adapted then please email Info@itsfitness.co for advice.

Daily Challenges

Check out our challenge library for a range of challenges. These challenges are one minute long, all you need to do is find the challenge you want to try, watch the instructors video and then try it for yourself. Record your attempt and upload it to your profile for points. These challenges are updated regularly with challenges created by personal trainers, gyms and fitness professionals, you can complete one challenge every day.
